Secured carried equity in SK439/SK440 Exploration Production Sharing Contract (PSC) offshore Sarawak. Sarawak Shell Berhad is the operator.
● Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PETROS and PETRONAS on a staggered increase of gas supply from 450 million standard cubic feet per day to 1.2 billion standard cubic feet per day by 2030.

● PETROS Gas is the operator of the Miri Gas Distribution System (MGDS) and Bintulu Gas Distribution System (BGDS) and seller of gas to existing industrial, commercial and residential customers in Miri and Bintulu, respectively
● Sarawak Gas Distribution Sdn Bhd (SGDSB) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PETROS Gas. SGDSB owns and operates the piped natural gas grid that supplies domestic gas to over 25,000 households and 1,000 commercial businesses in Miri, Sarawak.
