GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Please refer to our application requirements and prepare the required information with supporting evidence before submitting an application.

Application Requirements for Private Limited Companies (Sdn. Bhd.):

  • Presence in Malaysia and/or Sarawak
    Maintain active business operations in Malaysia / Sarawak, including relevant offices, operational bases, workshops, warehouses, factories, or other business premises, as applicable.
  • Licensed to Operate in Malaysia
    Be duly incorporated, registered, or otherwise legally established in Malaysia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including registration with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), or any other recognised regulatory or statutory authority.
  • Minimum paid-up capital of RM 100,000
    Supported by relevant incorporation and statutory documents.

Application Requirements for Public Limited Companies (Berhad):

  • Presence in Malaysia and/or Sarawak
    Maintain active business operations in Malaysia / Sarawak, including relevant offices, operational bases, workshops, warehouses, factories, or other business premises, as applicable.
  • Licensed to Operate in Malaysia
    Be duly incorporated, registered, or otherwise legally established in Malaysia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including registration with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), or any other recognised regulatory or statutory authority.
  • Minimum paid-up capital of RM 100,000
    Supported by relevant incorporation and statutory documents.

Application Requirements for Sole Proprietorships:

  • Presence in Malaysia and/or Sarawak
    Maintain active business operations in Malaysia / Sarawak, including relevant offices, operational bases, workshops, warehouses, factories, or other business premises, as applicable.
  • Licensed to Operate in Malaysia
    Be duly incorporated, registered, or otherwise legally established in Malaysia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including registration with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), or any other recognised regulatory or statutory authority.
  • Minimum opening and closing bank balances of RM 5,000
    Supported by bank statements covering the most recent three (3) consecutive months.

Application Requirements for Partnerships:

  • Presence in Malaysia and/or Sarawak
    Maintain active business operations in Malaysia / Sarawak, including relevant offices, operational bases, workshops, warehouses, factories, or other business premises, as applicable.
  • Licensed to Operate in Malaysia
    Be duly incorporated, registered, or otherwise legally established in Malaysia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including registration with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), or any other recognised regulatory or statutory authority.
  • Minimum net worth, business capital, partners' capital, or shareholders' funds of RM 50,000
    As evidenced by the latest available financial statements, balance sheets, or equivalent financial records.

Register Your Account

Click "APPLY HERE" to create an account with us.

If you already have an account, click "LOGIN" to access the Vendor Portal.

Complete Your Profile

Complete and submit your application for assessment.

Application Assessment and Approval

PETROS will assess your application and may request additional documents or supporting evidence if required.

The assessment process may take at least eight (8) weeks.

Receive Notification of Application Outcome

Applicants will be notified of the outcome of your application.

Successful applicants will be issued a certificate of approval with a validity period of three (3) years.

Applicants whose applications are not approved will receive a letter of regret and appreciation.

  2. You agree to use this portal according to the Terms and Conditions for this website as set by PETROS Group. Application must be in full compliance with PETROS group application requirements.
  3. An application will be automatically rejected if information submitted is incomplete or did not include the required supporting documents, or company has not complied to the Application Requirements.
  4. PETROS hereby reserves its full rights and discretion to reject any application that it deems inappropriate or unacceptable and shall not be obliged to provide any justification or reasoning to the applicant concerned.
  5. Applications are only eligible for review after a minimum period of three (3) months from the date of application.
