TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You are required to fill the information correctly. PETROS and its Related Entities, including but not limited to, Petroleum Sarawak Exploration & Production Sdn. Bhd., Petroleum Sarawak Gas Sdn. Bhd., PETROSNiaga Sdn. Bhd., Sarawak Gas Distribution Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as “PETROS Group”, “us” or “we”) reserves the right to reject any application if false information is found upon verification.
2. You agree to use this portal according to the Terms and Conditions for this website as set by PETROS Group. Application must be in full compliance with PETROS group application requirements.
3. An application will be automatically rejected if information submitted is incomplete or did not include the required supporting documents, or company has not complied to the Application Requirements.
4. PETROS hereby reserves its full rights and discretion to reject any application that it deems inappropriate or unacceptable and shall not be obliged to provide any justification or reasoning to the applicant concerned.
5. Applications are only eligible for review after a minimum period of three (3) months from the date of application.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or with relevant professional bodies
• Paid-up capital for qualification:
  • Sole Proprietorship: Minimum bank balance of RM 5,000 for qualification.
  • Partnership: Minimum Paid-Up Capital of RM 50,000 for qualification.
  • Sdn. Bhd./Private Limited: Minimum Paid-Up Capital of RM 100,000 for qualification.
  • Berhad/Limited: Minimum Paid-Up Capital of RM 100,000 for qualification.

APPLICATION STEPS

• Step 1: Click "APPLY HERE" to register an account with us.
• Step 2: Complete and submit your Vendor Profile for assessment.
• Step 3: Receive Notification on your Vendor Profile Approval.
• Step 4: Once approved, you will be provided a PETROS Vendor Certificate based on your company's capabilities and experience. Certificate requires renewal every 3 years.
