The Purpose of PC+G

  1. Acts as a guiding document for managing CCUS operations in Sarawak.

Establishes regulatory frameworks aligned with international standards, promoting adherence to legal and ethical obligations, ensuring business continuity, and maintaining a licence-to-operate by adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, while adopting ethical business decisions and practices related to environmental, social governance, and HSSE considerations.
     
  3. Enhances the development of CCUS industry by adding value, fostering industry growth, contributing to Sarawak's financial resources, and creating opportunities for local vendors and residents.
     
  4. Cultivates a culture of care and responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, prioritising the wellbeing of individuals, assets, and the environment.
     
  5. Systematically identifies, analyses, and mitigates risks through the Storage Decision Gate process to ensure safe and timely project delivery, instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
